SPR# LMAA4ZZMWR - If a user desires LDAP Binds to behave in the strict manner defined in RFC2251 (require the complete Distinguished Name to be specified) they may set LDAP_Strict_RFC_Adherence=1 in the server's notes.ini. This works correctly except for one case. If they specify just the cn (e.g. cn=Joe Smith) the bind will succeed, but it should reject the request and require the full DN (e.g. cn=Joe Smith,o=Acme) to be specified. This submission fixes that problem.
